An Exploration of Spaciousness
for the Shanti Agung Temple

Overview
On a clear blue day, where will you be?
Blue sky! Our reality within……
Through practices ranging from walking meditation past rice fields, to deep Asana practice, to chanting under full moon, we will dive into self enquiry to discover aspects of ourselves that lead us to live each day to our full potential.
Focusing the intent
The regular and focused program of daily asana, group power and meditation will allow all to hone their physical and mental bodies to realise the power of single minded attention.
Joyful gathering
Our basic self, that which is purely instinctual, raw, connected to nature and alive in the moment occasionally gets lost with the passing of childhood.
A big part of Bali culture honours the celebration of living consciously and is pure joy.
We will share in the honouring of the ceremonial aspects of Balinese daily life, the playfulness of Being itself and savouring the rich natural environment that surrounds us, ocean, mountains, forests and streams.
The Program
Weaving the basket

Both Arno and Gwyn will be sharing techniques and approaches from Western and Eastern styles of body work that bring freedom to the structural and energetic body.
This will involve exploring the traditions of Traditional Thai massage, Zen Shiatsu and Osteopathic techniques.
Adam will present the innovative and playful Flying Therapeutics (Acro Yoga) to weave another strand of fibre into the basket.
Yoga with Lisa.

- 6.45 – 8am: Yoga with Lisa.
- 8 – 9am: Breakfast.
- 9 – 12am: Morning program. Therapy session from Thai Sacred Dance and Zenthai Shiatsu. Gwyn and Arno will share precious work to free the Physical and Energetic bodies.
- 12 – 2pm: Lunch break. Time to eat, walk, surf, swim, hang out with the locals and embrace the culture.
- 2 – 5pm: Acro Yoga and creative therapeutic approaches with Adam and Gwyn.

Shanti Agung Visionaries
Gwyn and Gaia
The Zenthai family are passionate about breaking down division.
The divisions that exist within ourselves, between individuals, between groups of people and between countries.
We believe this division to be the root of all suffering in the world.
To support our passion we are constructing a healing temple in the rural area of the beautiful, spiritual and magical island of Bali.
This space will be used to run retreats based around Zenthai Shiatsu, Yoga and similar body/mind/spirit practices. This will create an income for local villagers in the construction stage and forthcoming retreats. The sponsored family will be honoured with land and a home that will be their own.
Westerners will also be given a chance to embrace a culture that values family, nature, devotion and simplicity.
The financial proceeds from Zenthai Shiatsu treatments and courses at Mt. Ninderry will go to supporting this vision.
We all thank you for supporting our efforts to create a unified presence.

Great post! I am just starting out in community management/marketing media and trying to learn how to do it well – resources like this article are incredibly helpful. As our company is based in the US, it?s all a bit new to us. The example above is something that I worry about as well, how to show your own genuine enthusiasm and share the fact that your product is useful in that case.
Good day is Blogengine a free blogging software like wordpress? Also does it have lots of plugins and themes for it? I would like to start using it for my new blog if it does. Thanks…
Good luck getting people behind this one. Though you make some VERY fascinating points, youre going to have to do more than bring up a few things that may be different than what weve already heard. What are trying to say here? What do you want us to think? It seems like you cant really get behind a unique thought. Anyway, thats just my opinion.
Oh my goodness! Youre so right! I really dont think anyones put it that way before! You must be an expert on this because you just made it so easy to understand, made me want to learn more about it! Do you, like, study this subject because you seem to be so in tune with the issue? Keep it up, man. Youve got a great mind for it!

When you’re in the corner and have no cash to move out from that point, you would need to receive the business loans. Just because that should aid you for sure. I get student loan every single year and feel myself fine just because of it.
When in Bali, never use your left hand when giving or receiving objects, that is considered taboo; do not beckon people with your finger which inturn is very rude.
Great job on this post! I found it rather insightful. I’ve bookmarked your web page and I am certain that I will come back many more times in future.
Interesting , how would I use this?
this is phenomenally pleasing
Hmmm…very good to find out, there have been without a doubt a number of elements that I had not idea of before.

I’ve been making my living online since 2003. I remember the first site I made, and when I made my first dollar. lol I was excited!!! I’ve recently found a new way to get tons of buyers to my sites for almost free. I use these cheap visitors to sell affiliate goods to and am cashing really well with it. Read about it here if you want to at cha ching. It helped me go from $100 a day on a few sites to a net of $300++ pretty quick.
Hey – nice blog, just looking around some blogs, seems a pretty nice platform you are using. I’m currently using Wordpress for a few of my sites but looking to change one of them over to a platform similar to yours as a trial run. Anything in particular you would recommend about it?
Thanks for taking the time to discuss this, I feel strongly about it and love learning more on this topic. If possible, as you gain expertise, would you mind updating your blog with extra information? It is extremely useful for me.
Hello, my group is just establishing our first website, searching and working out what is needed. This blog stuck out right away. I’m fired up about this, and adore the design of your site. Are you able to let me know what “theme” it is?

Great post full of useful tips! My site is fairly new and I am also having a hard time getting my readers to leave comments. Analytics shows they are coming to the site but I have a feeling “nobody wants to be first”.

Hrmm that was weird, my comment got eaten. Anyway I wanted to say that it’s nice to know that someone else also mentioned this as I had trouble finding the same info elsewhere. This was the first place that told me the answer. Thanks.
You really make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this topic to be really something which I think I would never understand. It seems too complicated and very broad for me. I am looking forward for your next post.
This is a good step to save paper. And will save the rain forests in Indonesia. Moreover, this will reduce the burden on the back of elementary school students. Of course this will make the traditional printing companies and governments in the third world into a panic because of their unpreparedness of information technology. . .
I am happy to find so many useful information here in the post, we need develop more strategies in this regard, thanks for sharing. . . . . .
