Hello, I’m interested in the upcoming 4 day intensive. My only experience i in remedial massage and relaxation. I saw you and Lilamani treating others at the recent yogs fest in Bowen
Hills and I am so keen to learn what you do. Is the 4 day a good way to start? If not this July then do you have any in the near future planned?

I spoke to you briefly at the Yogafest re June intensive ZenThai, but could u remind me of the cost, please? Also is it residential – or possibility of staying nearby?
