Zenthai Newsletter January 2009
Acceptance and Trust
Namaste..Yes the title of this newsletter is where i am presently at as I sit and write. Always reminded how our our yoga is so totally immersed in everyday living.
Connectivity, gaze, focus, flow, clarity love, contact, …were all our total immersions for the 2008-2009 Woodford experience. Despite the heat being very challenging at times the absence of rain, the new intro of acro flying, a fantastic new setup and position and a group full of enthusiasm and heart really opened the door for what I feel was a very succesful experience in so many areas. I sincerley thank all who were involved in some way.
The two main messages which I feel were beautifully conveyed is how supportive the family is of each other and the neccessity of full heart presence to allow true healing experiences to evolve. The two zenthai performances/ workshops were well received ..they have both been filmed so let me know if you would like a copy.
A woodford highlight is the.3 minute silence on new years eve..reminding us all of the power and unity within silence. I am sincerely wishing you a heart full of peace and THE manifestation of your intentional wishes for this 2009..be joyous.

BALI RETREAT… thankyou to those who have now paid their deposit. We have applications online and a return letter will inform you of the outcome. Obviously, this is not a beginners introduction and we will have a group of like minded Yogis/ therapists walking this special ceremony together. The deposit will need to be made before Feb 10th ..when I leave for Laos to teach at the Thai massage circus. I cannot promise a space for you after this date as Arno and I will be offering the remaning spaces to any of the 40 circus students who obviously will be interested.
One of the questions on the application for the retreat is for the apllicant to describe what he/she would like to see more /less of in this world. A response that touched me is as follows..I am sure it has some shared intention for all of us….
… I want to see more demonstrated compassion in the world, in active and non-judgemental support. I want to see the most hindered and oppressed finding courage, and stepping free to realise their full potentials. I want to see more play, more laughter, more joy, more creativity and productivity (in the sense of hands freely making, growing, doing positive earthy things), and much more love & acceptance. I want to see nature and her people respected and honoured. I want to see humankind exercising her full loving wisdom, to heal the wounds we’ve inflicted on each other and the planet, and to create ways to all spiritually rise above the mess we’ve created.
I want to see no violence and much less fear, less ‘us & them’ thinking, less greed, less jealousy, less impatience, and much less destruction. Hopefully some of these will lead to a cessation of war, environmental rape & pillage, empty economics & power politics, and a destruction of faith in the science of chemicals and quick drug fixes, rather than people investing effort in looking after one’s own and each others’ wellbeing.
I want to learn, to do, to be … pure loving energy.
Thankyou Melissa..I appreciate your efforts and well expressed thoughts.
Blessings to all
Love Gwyn
