“Discovering Zen Thai Shiatsu has had one of the most progressive effects on my life experience and direction.

I would describe it as a practice of freedom and strength, playfulness and care whilst bonding on a core level of humanity experiencing the touch of creation, sense and beyond.

I’ve had a life long interest in nature and health but since 2004 when I participated in my first course with Gwyn, I’ve opened the channels wider to what I can do in this world.

In the physical practice and in the theories of Oriental Medicine I enjoy the holistic perspectives that work with our true nature.
Other loves: music, dancing, people, earth, astrology, sun, ecology,
growing food and eating it, flowers, birds and animals especially little ones, water, fire, wind, being in the ocean, yoga and acroyoga, natural therapies, being in rhythm with the 13moon calendar, sharing life and most of all my two daughters.
