“In is the way out” Sadguru
Andrea is a Zenthai Therapist and Mindfulness Coach empowering people with busy minds to tame stress, anxiety and overwhelm. Using Mindfulness practices of the breath, yoga, bodywork and Meditation to cultivate calm, better health, clarity and connect to a deeper rhythm within.
Inspired by her own journey, Andrea’s her mission is to support the wellbeing of humans through nature based immersions, mindfulness and movement.
Andrea found healing through deep nature connection. Her own immersion with “nature as medicine” using eco-therapy concepts, the study of the elements of Chinese Medicine to bring back a sense of connection to self and healing for her nervous system.

Amdrea says...
“In 2019, at a time in life when I felt there were more questions than answers, I discovered the healing modality of Zenthai Shiatsu Bodywork. Since then I have studied and graduated as a ZenThai Shiatsu Therapist.
My curiosity and passion for maintaining optimal health and wellbeing finds me committed to being a student of life, constantly curious about the power of the human body to heal itself, through nervous system regulation, Meditation, yoga, journaling, nature, community connection and other natural therapies.
In my spare time, I can be found chasing waterfalls, dragonflies and climbing mountains.”
