She draws inspiration from her love of all things movement, from the changing seasons of the natural world, and from all the beloved teachers and friends that have blessed her life. Clara believes that healing together as a community is fundamental to health and is so grateful for the foundation of togetherness that Zenthai Shiatsu has brought into her life.

My journey into these healing modalities has always been led by my own self-discovery and personal healing journey. I have grown into a deep level of compassion and comfort navigating the complex nature of the human experience especially on the emotional, energetic, and spiritual levels. I intimately understand the interrelated nature of our psychology with our physiology, and have a wealth of wisdom and knowledge to offer those who may need some tools and support in bringing themselves back to balance and wholeness. I would love to support you in recovering your radiant well-being. Some areas of my experience include pain, digestion, and menstruation/fertility conditions, emotional trauma and addictions recovery, fertility, pregnancy, and postnatal care, migraines & concussion treatment, anxiety, PTSD, and insomnia.
