Life is really a tapestry of attention, where the threads of our soma, psyche, emotional and spiritual bodies connect. Lucy is an artist, movement facilitator, yoga teacher and forever curious human dedicated to weaving threads of beauty into life. She supports each person towards their full being, inspiring a remembrance of their innate intelligence, capacity and wholeheartedness into the dance of Zenthai Shiatsu. She works with deep attentiveness and fluidity to meet what is most needed for a peaceful and expansive state of being.

Lucy founded and directed Estuary Yoga Space, North Melbourne, from 2017-2025. She will be travelling more throughout 2025, offering sessions around Melbourne and beyond.

Lucy says...

“Authentic conversation is a precious and deep nourishment. Yet the art of conversation is not always about words: it is about sincere connection, for which our body of feeling and sensing is the primordial instrument. The senses can draw us deeper into ourselves, far beneath the often stress-riddled, illusion-filled crowds within a modern mind, and back into the vast bottomless ocean of the heart.

I spent my early life as a visual artist capturing impressions of living beings, and for the past 8 years, expanded this into facilitating yoga, movement, breathwork, meditation and self-exploration. Through all these modalities, my dedication has always been to support the remembrance of innate beauty and intelligence, as Nature - within us, and around us.

Each Zenthai Shiatsu session feels like an opportunity to co-create and commune with the energetic symphony in your body. From the physical to the subtle, the potency of remedial work to the lush nurturance of being held, my intention is to help you remember the intrinsic coherence and wholeness in your being, through this soulful and delicious dance of authentic conversation."

Reflections from clients...

“To receive from Lucy is a complete experience. Lucy’s presence and attention to detail created a space where I felt completely listened to, held and cared for. After the session there was time to process and share my experience which penetrated beyond the physical towards supporting me mentally, emotionally and energetically. Her offering is deep and she shares from the heart. A rare gem of a human being."
– Irene, Physiotherapist & Yoga Educator

"Zenthai Shiatsu with Lucy was a comforting, therapeutic, and releasing experience for my mind and body. I felt nurtured and heard for the whole session. I left the studio floating on a cloud and full of good energy."
 – Louis, circus performer

"Lucy used her yogic knowledge combined with warm hands, a sensitive touch and firm knowledge of Zenthai shiatsu to really get into those sticky parts that I didn’t even realise I had until I was in the safety of her touch. The massage itself moved the body in ways that were deeply releasing, blended softness and strength, and were really balanced to provide both an energetic, as well as a muscular relief across the entire body. Lucy’s experience of space holding and teaching was evident as she made me feel entirely safe, comfortable and ready to receive. I can highly recommend it!"
