LUCY SAYS…
“Authentic conversation is a precious and deep nourishment. Yet the art of conversation is not about words, for some things words can only hint at; it is about sincere connection, for which our body of feeling and sensing is the primordial instrument. The senses can draw us deeper into ourselves, far beneath the often stress-riddled, illusion-filled crowds within a modern mind and back into the vast horizon of the heart.
For me, Zenthai Shiatsu is the a language infused with my loves – beauty, yoga, movement as meditation, the wisdom of Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda, and the fluid intimacy of touch. This practice, at its simplest, helps to unfurl a richer awareness in the experience of having a body. It is a conversation of listening, exploring the limits, being curious, containing power, and softening into stillness. Every encounter is ripe with learning, and while I have much to learn as a forever student, I have no doubt that undeniable potency of this work has already unveiled in me more clarity, truthfulness, and capacity for transformation.
My dedication is exploring and sharing the potential of this healing modality with reverence and deep care. May the increasing harmony within our own inner landscapes help serve the ecosystems of our wider shared world, and all it beholds.”
OTHERS ARE SAYING:
“Zenthai Shiatsu with Lucy was a comforting, therapeutic, and releasing experience for my mind and body. I felt nurtured and heard for the whole session. Connecting to the breath work also helped me stay in touch and listen to my own body. Lucy would apply various levels of pressure through thoughtful body positions and binds where I let go of tension from my head all the way to my feet. I especially loved the feeling of firm slow deep pressure, to vigorous, to flicking and tapping to release tension/energy. You left me with nice warm tingles. Thank you!”

“The zenthai shiatsu massage I received from Lucy was like nothing I have ever experienced before. Lucy’s hands were so warm and her touch carried so much care, tenderness and patience. She went the extra mile, prioritising my comfort throughout and tailoring the massage to my needs. I left feeling like I was floating on a cloud!
I would recommend this to anyone who wants to try a new way of relating to and relaxing into their body and in a broader sense of themselves. Thank you Lucy!”

“Lucy gifts the body poetry through her Zen Thai Massage practice. She both softens and reinvigorates; and brings the body home through connection.
After a first massage, I established a regular treatment ritual with Lucy as I knew that working with her gifts would ensure a more even tempered and joyous outlook to my weeks. Thank you Lucy.”
