The amazing way she blends healing modalities and medicines and delivers them with such powerful presence, intuition and spirit all supports me to keep letting go, more and more, to trust in my own ability to heal myself.
I find myself losing track of where she is and marvelling at how could she possibly have one hand on my shoulder and the other at my waist, while what I think is her foot is on the back of my thigh?! Then she calmly asks you to breathe, and the stretch carries you away and none of that matters, she just is exactly where my body needs her to be.
I also love that the end of every session is the gift of me waking up feeling so refreshed and relaxed after completely losing track of time and space, such freedom.
Through her healing gifts, I have recently passed a large kidney stone which the doctors believed would be a seriously problematic experience maybe requiring surgery. Working with Ayesha has resulted in me passing the stone naturally with minimal pain and no infections or other after effects.
