Gabrielle arrives here with a background in contemporary dance and deep tissue massage therapy — techniques that have provided the scaffolding for her current yoga and bodywork practices. The culmination of study and experience across these fields over the past 15 years has given her a sound working knowledge in functional anatomy, embodiment practices and manual therapy to support people on their wellness journey. 

Gabrielle believes Zenthai Shiatsu is a potent synthesis of structural and energetic therapy for relieving tension of all kinds. As such, each session aims to bring attention to both gross and subtle aspects of being, in an offering to a deep felt-sense of presence and connection.

Gabrielle lives on the Sunshine Coast, teaching and treating from Union Yoga Collective in Maroochydore on Mondays & Wednesdays.
