From an early age, Meggy was guided by the questions: “Do I feel free?” and “What makes me feel free, and how can I preserve that feeling?” She began exploring yoga, both reading about it and practicing it. When she started sharing this passion in her work as a caregiver for people with disabilities, she noticed the lightness and joy she experienced mirrored in the smiles of others. This deeply reinforced her belief in the healing power of community, yoga, and meditation as pathways to cultivate a sense of freedom.

Her journey led her further when she discovered Reiki, sparking an interest in energetic healing methods and guiding her towards training as a shamanic practitioner. Along this path, she felt an inner call to better understand her body and explore healing practices that could support the physical level, allowing her to feel more secure and create greater space for freedom. While traveling in Australia, she encountered Zenthai Shiatsu, and instantly fell in love with the precise work on the body, which calms the mind and creates space for the soul to breathe.

Meggy SAYS…

When I experienced Zenthai Shiatsu, I felt a new sense of safety and freedom within myself – a harmonious balance of body, mind, and soul. The desire to dive deeper into this practice allowed me to expand that feeling of safety and create more room for freedom within me. The training to become a Zenthai Shiatsu therapist gave precise knowledge of the energetic pathways in the physical body, teach how to listen to the individual needs of the body and guide it into a natural flow, holding it in love. With deep respect and devotion to this practice, I am happy to share it
