“I have always been passionate about sharing and understanding our relationships with our bodies and inner landscapes. When I began Zenthai Level 1 in 2020, it opened up a portal of deep curiosity within my body especially within my realms of chronic body pain. Alongside my experience as a birth doula, I continued to be amazed by what our bodies are capable of through listening and deep connection. This practice provided a meditative sense, and opportunity to understand my body in a different way. I aspire to provide a grounding space for this exploration and understanding.”
