A session with Andy can primarily revolve around realigning ourselves toward a holistic lifestyle, facilitating in the reconnection to our breath, body, diet, earth, and relationships. Andy’s understanding of illness is seen from both a western pathophysiological perspective thanks to his health science degree and also from the Chinese medicine meridian theory that is a foundation of Zenthai.
If you are looking for assistance with acute or chronic physical pain, digestive disturbances, the relief of tension and improvement of flexibility, or significant stress release, then a zenthai shiatsu sessions, or holistic combination packages with the combination of herbal medicine consultation is available to be booked in with Andy

WHERE CAN I FIND ANDY?

Andy offers sessions from a clinic in Eumundi on Wednesdays and provides mobile sessions around the sunshine coast region the other days of the week. Bookings for private single day or weekend functions around southeast Queensland is also available.

ANDY SAYS…

“I received my first Zenthai session in 2009, and continued to receive sessions in the following years, yet it wasn’t until 2016 that I did my first training. At the time I was doing a degree in herbal medicine and realised bodywork was a powerful and missing component of the healing modalities I was learning. I have continued since then to incorporate zenthai into health and wellbeing therapy sessions, as I continually see the profound healing, physically-mentally-spiritually, that can happen with this modality.”
