OONA SAYS…

Over the course of my life I’ve studied dance, performing arts, music, yoga and healing modalities in many different ways and in many different places. And in my experience, what all of them have in common is this incredibly beautiful connection to the body that we allow to happen when we surrender to the moment and let the world fall away – the breath, the heartbeat, this divine rhythm within us and the ability to listen to it. The whole universe in the framework of this body, everything we need.

When I received my first Zenthai Shiatsu Treatment I felt that.  I felt the dance that it is and I remember thinking: “I wanna dance! I wanna dance in every way humanly possible! I want to dance like this!”

So over the last years I have expanded my movement practice to the mat, dancing the dance of Zenthai. And I love it with all my heart! My Intention is to show up every time with an openness, love and space for every person to be exactly as they are, supporting them to feel their body and innate sense of belonging.
