Lisa says…
“I first discovered ZenThai in 2011, when searching for a deeper connection, within myself and with the world around me. I still remember the feeling after I finished at my first ZenThai intensive weekend…a completely open, trusting heart and a deep desire for all beings to experience this.
Since then I have been studying and exploring the ZenThai dance, in Bali and Australia, being inspired by so many walks of life.
ZenThai is not just massage or bodywork. It is a dance between two individuals, where you become one. A dance of life. The Tao.
The healing power of presence in touch continually awes and inspires me, reminding me that the true healer is the Universal energy which runs through us all.
I firmly believe that by allowing true freedom and connection in our bodies and mind we are able to genuinely feel relaxed, energised and whole, creating a more fulfilling and balanced life.”

LIZZY SAYS…
“You have a natural ability to heal yourself and working together with someone that holds you in loving presence allows you to align with this innate ability. I believe that this connection is the key remedy to most ailments.
Zen Thai Shiatsu is focussed intention. Movement based therapy performed according to your needs. I fell in love with this form of bodywork because of its holistic approach that I haven’t seen or felt with anything else. It effectively integrates Traditional Energetic based systems of Zen Shiatsu, Traditional Thai Massage, the remediation techniques of Osteopathy and more. I offer sessions aiming to increase the flow of energy “Ki” to help you tap into your self healing ability and rid of anything that stand in the way of your pure well-being.
We resonate at a certain frequency and when we come across someone that embodies pure love, like a tuning fork, we will automatically align with this frequency and purify out everything that is not pure love. In my sessions with you I aim to build a trusting relationship in which the body feels save to let go of any obstacles in the way of free energy flow.”
WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING:
“I’ve been blessed to receive many treatments by Lizzy! Lizzy’s understanding, training and passion of her ZenThai Shiatsu treatments has proven to be an absolute positive to my daily activities with work & play” ~ Craig, 49
“I recently received my first session ZenThai Shiatsu from Lizzy. She has a professional and calming approach and made me feel extremely comfortable from the moment I walked into the room. She began by asking me questions about my health and well-being, listening attentively. The session was so beautiful, I feel like she knew exactly what my body needed and I went into a deep state of relaxation from the beginning. I loved the style of this practice, being massaged while she moved my body simultanesously, using movement to aid mobility and release more tension. She rotated and rolled me over safely and comfortably, meaning I didn’t need to exert any effort. She also checked in and took on board any of my feedback during the session. I left feeling super zen and I can’t wait to have another treatment with her again soon. I would recommend her services to anyone!” ~Maddie, 28

LUCY SAYS…
“Authentic conversation is a precious and deep nourishment. Yet the art of conversation is not about words, for some things words can only hint at; it is about sincere connection, for which our body of feeling and sensing is the primordial instrument. The senses can draw us deeper into ourselves, far beneath the often stress-riddled, illusion-filled crowds within a modern mind and back into the vast horizon of the heart.
For me, Zenthai Shiatsu is the a language infused with my loves – beauty, yoga, movement as meditation, the wisdom of Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda, and the fluid intimacy of touch. This practice, at its simplest, helps to unfurl a richer awareness in the experience of having a body. It is a conversation of listening, exploring the limits, being curious, containing power, and softening into stillness. Every encounter is ripe with learning, and while I have much to learn as a forever student, I have no doubt that undeniable potency of this work has already unveiled in me more clarity, truthfulness, and capacity for transformation.
My dedication is exploring and sharing the potential of this healing modality with reverence and deep care. May the increasing harmony within our own inner landscapes help serve the ecosystems of our wider shared world, and all it beholds.”
OTHERS ARE SAYING:
“Zenthai Shiatsu with Lucy was a comforting, therapeutic, and releasing experience for my mind and body. I felt nurtured and heard for the whole session. Connecting to the breath work also helped me stay in touch and listen to my own body. Lucy would apply various levels of pressure through thoughtful body positions and binds where I let go of tension from my head all the way to my feet. I especially loved the feeling of firm slow deep pressure, to vigorous, to flicking and tapping to release tension/energy. You left me with nice warm tingles. Thank you!” ~ Louis, circus performer
“The zenthai shiatsu massage I received from Lucy was like nothing I have ever experienced before. Lucy’s hands were so warm and her touch carried so much care, tenderness and patience. She went the extra mile, prioritising my comfort throughout and tailoring the massage to my needs. I left feeling like I was floating on a cloud!
I would recommend this to anyone who wants to try a new way of relating to and relaxing into their body and in a broader sense of themselves. Thank you Lucy!” ~ Bella, yoga teacher
“Lucy gifts the body poetry through her Zen Thai Massage practice. She both softens and reinvigorates; and brings the body home through connection.
After a first massage, I established a regular treatment ritual with Lucy as I knew that working with her gifts would ensure a more even tempered and joyous outlook to my weeks. Thank you Lucy.” ~ Kate, voice coach, drama teacher & writer

Lysanne says…
I first experienced a Zenthai Shiatsu treatment at Woodford Folk Festival, and many years later I joined the Level 1 training, just ‘out of interest’ – before morning chai on our first day my life had completely changed … Zenthai Shiatsu had revealed to me my way of interacting and sharing with the world. Zenthai Shiatsu weaves my background in human biology and ecology into heart-centered & Deep work – where the form allows me to embody my reverence for all of LIFE and attend to the uniqueness of every individual amongst the delicate balance that is, This Moment. Movement and the body have been central to every aspect of my life, starting with a dedicated foundation in ballet. Later I ventured deep into the natural world through various means, particularly embracing hiking, rockclimbing & freediving to explore rich forests, high peaks, sparkling waters and special communities, whilst also journeying inward through deepening yoga study and contemplative practices. Zenthai Shiatsu brings the whole package together for me through its pillar of focused intention that unlocks our vast and inherently holistic capacity for healing and transformation through touch and connection. I thank Gwyn deeply for sharing his craft – Zenthai Shiatsu is a powerful opportunity that facilitates a deepening towards greater freedom through interaction.

“From a young age I always had enough space in my heart to listen and to hold another. I have always been reflected as a person of huge heart, and Zenthai presented itself to me as a platform to bridge that heart with the expression of touch. The door of possibilities opened for me upon receiving a treatment from someone who is both a talented bodyworker and a dear friend, and I have never felt so much YES in the potential for me to explore this offering. I dove in with my heart and hands open, and since have become a more open and embodied human. I strive to live a harmonious life in both service to others and to the Earth. The course was a life-changer for me, I was re-introduced to the Zen of touch (Divine touch). The healing quality of this modality speaks volumes about my own journey back to good health and to those that receive it and are associated with it. Every time I treat or receive Zenthai Shiatsu there is a dance of the Infinite self. I welcome you to come and receive”.
What others are saying:
Hello to all, My name is Dan. I had a hemorrhage stroke, or also know as a cerebral vascular accident. I won’t give a year, but I can tell you it really wasn’t all that painful. Aside from falling 17meters down a cliff.. all while on training in the Army. I was told I could never walk or talk again. Stuck up my middle finger, and proceeded to get my life back. however I had received an osseus haemangioma approx 18 months ago, diagnosed from a Doctor after a medical resinonce image (MRI) now that was extremely painful I had to sleep on the floor, I had taken enough to make me sound like a rattle. It was terrible. I went to Mr Pollock after I was staying at air bnb. I met him, and asked what he did. Zen Thai treatment he said. I’d give that a go. So we did, and he told me to walk like a gorilla, to get me to get my balance. I didn’t even smile, because I had already seen what he has done and I then trusted him 100%
I trust Mr Pollock with my life.
If you have been in pain for years GO AND SEE THIS MAN IMMEDIATELY!!!! IMMEDIATELY!!!!! JUST GET IT DONE, NO QUESTIONS ASKED, no money back guarantee.
Thank you and Namaste

Matilda says…
“I am deeply honored to be weaving Zenthai Shiatsu into my life’s dance. The journey has been so simple. Fluid. Free. For me, treatments are a practice of deep listening and loving kindness. Of doing less, stepping out of the way so that the universe may communicate directly with the being before me. Within a safe and supported space, the body has an extraordinary ability to heal. Time and time again, in both giving and receiving Zenthai Shiatsu, I am humbled by the power we activate through simple loving presence.
The Zenthai community that Gwyn Williams founded is a true cradle for the soul. The healing intention and conscious togetherness that has been cultivated for many years is powerful. When you work with any one of us, we are tapping into this, which is in turn drawing on greater universal oneness. Blessings folk, may we forever dance…”
What Others are Saying
Matilda has a natural healing gift that flows so effortlessly through every fiber of her being. It was a profoundly deep and transformative experience physically, emotionally and spiritually. I am so honored to have received a Zen Thai Shiatsu treatment from Matilda. The Zen Thai way is so effective at working at the deep tissue and connective fascia level and brings the whole body into a state of profound balance and harmony. Although to have a practitioner such as Matilda guiding the journey with her healing touch is an experience that will change your life.
Craig Hubbard – Yoga Teacher & Founder of Shambhala Farm
“When the student is ready the teacher appears”…
Matilda has a calm and wise presence, able to prescribe a treatment with the precision of an engineer and the sensitivity of an artist. The result of this for me was nothing short of miraculous. When I rose from the mat the gripping shoulder pain that had plagued me for years was resolved. Matilda began our session by establishing trust. With the utmost respect she asked questions of my body with her hands, assessing the responses to determine my limits for pace, pressure and flexion. Matilda was able to harness my body heat, somehow directing its flow to lead me to parts of my body that I had isolated through pain. Reconnecting with these areas was a healing process that challenged me on many levels and saw the rise and ebb of many emotions. Matilda was aware of this, skillfully and intuitively adjusting her bodymoves to ease my passage. Thank you Matilda. I could not have asked for a more attentive and passionate therapist to introduce me to Zenthai Shiatsu. The experience has been life changing. You have reminded me of the joy of movement, the value of collaborative healing, and the importance of flow to the spirit.
Lisa Simington – Dog whisperer & Laboratory Technician
Matilda’s presence and energy throughout each session is incredibly focused, relaxed and comforting. Each session being varied from the last with a flow that targets physical and emotional blockages. She has greatly improved comfort in a severe back injury I obtained snowboarding by releasing and strengthening the affected area. Her work has balanced my emotions through some pretty tough times recently. It is really quite hard to express the wording to how these treatments have healed me both physically and emotionally and I find Matilda’s awareness and knowledge are exceptional. I would recommend anyone to avail of a treatment from her.

Maya Walker
~ Zenthai Shiatsu Therapist in Tasmania, offering a steady home clinic, portable sessions and can also be found at events across the state. Maya is growing into a facilitation role, deepening her bodywork practice through sharing workshops and interactive events ~
A piece of advice I was once given, ‘Maya, make home wherever you are’, inspires my practice of Zenthai. Through the practice of bodywork I can delve into the physical world of connection, into the richness of life to find home within each moment.
After many seasons of wilderness guiding through the unique Tasmanian landscape, I now transfer these skills into the ever changing internal landscape of the body. Focused Intention guides us as we explore through the muscles, bones, joints, organs and cells of the body. In a session with Maya one can expect a harmonising of the physical and energetic bodies.
Where can I find Maya Walker?
Home based in Lutruita/Tasmania, Maya is offering monthly clinic sessions in Sandy bay and portable sessions to your home (this requires a 3x3m open space, everything else supplied). The Zenthai Shiatsu offering extends into the Festival scene with seasonal events across Tasmania.
Please contact me via Text to arrange a session time. Or find more regular times through the Calandly Booking platform.
Maya says…
“We inhabit our bodies as we inhabit the earth. We can’t not be whole, we can’t not be connected. So… within these times of connection we allow the restoration of our natural balance and flow.
I came across Zenthai through a number of channels. Firstly through guiding and the need to heal my own body! This profession as a Wilderness Guide demands high physical performance, mental clarity and a sense of wellbeing. After many years of pushing my limits I needed to rest and repair both my body and mind.
At a similar time I felt motivated by caring for another, a loved one with a highly sensitive nervous system and chronic tension in the body. Together we realised there is something much deeper needed, more than just a simple shoulder rub.
These two motivations added to the growing desire to learn something new, add a sprinkle of universal good luck and I found myself at the very heart of Zenthai Shiatsu.
An amazing process unfolded as I learned to bring physical and emotional repair to myself and others.
My love for exploring found a new outlet as I learned how to truly listen, to words, to the body, the nervous system, and the breath. Following the clues along the lines of intellect I moved through a diagnostics process offered by TCM.
Bringing together all these skills, now both as a guide and as a bodywork therapist.
I see the potential for bodily care, human care and a deeper connection to landscape and community.
I will also be saving 10 % of all proceeds to build a portable treatment space for future endeavours.“
