Level 1 – four-day workshop

Yes- it is true .. new level one is now out ..simpler, slower, deeper. This upgrade is focused on a deeper sense of touch, minimising effort and slowing the rhythm to deepen the practice…

Here is an outline of the class – 

Over the course of four days, we gather at the foot of the mountain to explore a 1.5-hour Zenthai sequence, delving into the profound realm of healing touch, forging connections within an open and conscious community and building a more honest relationship to the teacher within. 

Each day starts at 8:30am and finishes at approximately 4:30pm

This four-day foundation workshop is an exploration of Zenthai — yoga asana, Zen Shiatsu, Thai massage, and osteopathic technique, integrated and weaved together with mindfulness at the core.

In learning a full 90-minute sequence, you’ll be introduced to practical tools and gain valuable knowledge on structural and energetic therapy.  For the entire four days you’ll receive and practice technique, also cultivating inner awareness, a deepened sense of touch and enrichment of conscious community.

An excellent introduction to Zenthai bodywork, and an opportunity to see if you’d like to pursue deeper learning in this modality.

Note: Level-1 is a pre-requisite to the 9-month therapist training. It is also offered by Zenthai facilitators outside of Mt. Ninderry
